51 g of sea buckthorn berries were used to produce 100 g of the product.

It is a "live" product. The microorganisms naturally occurring in honey and sea buckthorn fruit are not killed, but their activity is suppressed as much as possible. For this reason, the product must be stored at temperatures below 18°C, preferably in a refrigerator, to preserve its quality in the long term.
